1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped

In a skillet, fry the tortillas to your preferred doneness (soft or crispy), add the onion, and let it become transparent.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and add them to the skillet, mixing everything perfectly.
Cook until the eggs are at the desired point (wet or dry).
Serve hot.
