Chilaquiles with Egg

Scrambled eggs with pieces of corn tortilla that kids and not-so-kids will love. They are delicious and easy to prepare, plus they are very economical. Don't miss trying them.

  • In a skillet, fry the tortillas to your preferred doneness (soft or crispy), add the onion, and let it become transparent.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and add them to the skillet, mixing everything perfectly.
