  • 4 cups Flour for Hot Cakes Tres Estrellas®, for the pancakes
  • 3 1/2 cups whole milk, for the pancakes
  • 4 eggs , for the pancakes
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted, for the pancakes
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder, for the pancakes
  • unsalted butter , for the pancakes
  • gallons cajeta , for filling
  • cinnamon sugar, for decorating
  • mini churros, for decorating

  • Mix Tres Estrellas® Pancake Mix, milk, egg, butter, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a pan, pour some pancake mix and add a tablespoon of cajeta. Add a bit more of the mix to cover the filling and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
  • Add a tablespoon of butter on the pancake and let it melt.
  • Dip the pancakes in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  • Serve the pancakes and garnish with pieces of churro.
