In a deep bowl, dissolve the active yeast in hot water and mix.

Spread 1/2 cup of melted butter, 3/4 cup of sugar, chopped walnuts, and cinnamon over the rectangle. Roll up the rectangle and cut into circles at least 3 cm wide.
Place the rolls on a previously greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the frosting by mixing 4 tablespoons of butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and 5 tablespoons of water.
