Classic Molletes

Recipe for molletes. They are delicious for breakfast or dinner for your whole family, a classic Mexican dish that everyone loves and they are very easy to make.

  • 2 bolillo rolls
  • 1 can refried black beans
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese

  • Cut the bolillos in half.
  • Spread the refried beans.
  • Sprinkle the grated cheese until the entire surface of the bread with beans is covered.
  • Place in the oven at 250ºC until golden brown.
  • You can add pico de gallo sauce or anything else you prefer.
