2 bolillo rolls
1 can refried black beans
1 cup Manchego cheese

Cut the bolillos in half.
Spread the refried beans.
Sprinkle the grated cheese until the entire surface of the bread with beans is covered.
Place in the oven at 250ºC until golden brown.
You can add pico de gallo sauce or anything else you prefer.
