Coconut and Blueberry Granola

  • 3/4 cups oats
  • 1/2 cups amaranth
  • 1/4 cups flaxseed
  • 1/4 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cups nut , in pieces
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 oranges, its juice

  • In a mold, mix the oil, sugar, honey, and orange juice. Add the rest of the ingredients and allow all the dry ingredients to moisten with the mixture. Place in an electric oven, stirring each time the surface is browned. Remove once the preparation is golden, let cool, and enjoy.
