Coconut Bowl with Granola and Raspberry Puree

A delicious combination and an explosion of flavors in a single dish. Delicious coconut yogurt accompanied by a tangy raspberry puree and plenty of fresh, colorful fruit.

  • 4 Oikos® coconut yogurt, 150 g each
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 bananas, in slices
  • 2 mangoes, in slices
  • 2 kiwis, in slices
  • 4 strawberries, in slices

  • In a bowl, mix the Oikos® Coconut Yogurt with the granola. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, crush the raspberries with the vanilla and zest until you obtain a puree.
  • Serve the yogurt in a bowl, with a bit of the puree and top with slices of banana, mango, kiwi, and strawberries.
