  • 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cups coconut milk, sugar-free
  • 1/4 cups strawberries, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple, without skin
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 cups mixed berries, frozen, for garnish

  • Place the Greek yogurt in a bowl and freeze it until solid.
  • In a bowl, mix the chia with the coconut milk and let it rest for a few minutes to hydrate.
  • Blend the strawberries with a tablespoon of lemon juice until you obtain a smooth puree. Repeat the process with the blackberries; if necessary, strain each puree.
  • Meanwhile, blend the banana with the apple, frozen yogurt, honey, and coconut milk until you obtain a smooth mixture.
  • Separate 1/3 of the mixture and divide it into two. Color each part with the fruit purees to achieve one pink mixture and one purple.
  • Serve the chia in a glass, filling it with the banana mixture while alternating the colors to achieve a marbled effect.
  • Garnish with frozen red fruits and enjoy.
