Coconut Yogurt

  • 100 grams coconut
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tub plain yogurt
  • 25 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 4 plums, red
  • strawberries, for garnish

  • Boil the plums. Leave them boiling until they are tender, remove them and reserve the water.
  • Chop the plums and mix with the coconut, add the yogurt and stir.
  • Prepare the gelatin following the instructions on the package, but using the water from boiling the plums; mix this gelatin with the grated apple. Combine everything with the plum mixture.
  • To serve, place everything in a suitable mold and decorate with plums or other fruits.
