Boil the plums. Leave them boiling until they are tender, remove them and reserve the water.
Chop the plums and mix with the coconut, add the yogurt and stir.
Prepare the gelatin following the instructions on the package, but using the water from boiling the plums; mix this gelatin with the grated apple. Combine everything with the plum mixture.
To serve, place everything in a suitable mold and decorate with plums or other fruits.
