  • 2 slices Manchego cheese, grated
  • 2 slices turkey deli ham, rolled and cut into cylinders
  • salt and pepper

  • Place the cup of Couscous, already hydrated as indicated on the box, on a deep plate.
  • Distribute the ham rolls and place the cheese on top of the preparation
  • Put the plate in the microwave and heat for 1 min. or until the cheese is melted
  • Add freshly ground pepper and it's ready to eat
