Crispy French Bread

  • 1 cup wheat flour, for mixing
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder, for mixing
  • 2 cups milk, for mixing
  • 2 eggs, for mixing
  • 1/4 cups granulated sugar, for mixing
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder, for mixing
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence, for mixing
  • 12 slices sandwich bread
  • butter, in cubes
  • raspberries, To accompany
  • blackberries, To accompany
  • blueberries, To accompany
  • peppermint, To accompany
  • maple syrup, To accompany

  • In an extended plate pour the Nestlé® Corn Flakes and reserve until used.
  • In a bowl, sift the wheat flour together with the baking powder, pour the milk, and add the egg, sugar, cinnamon, salt and vanilla essence, the flour, integrate with the help of a balloon whisk.
  • Dip the slices in the previous preparation, drain the excess and in an extended plate with the Nestlé® Corn Flakes completely cover the bread with the cereal flakes.
  • Heat a pan with butter over medium heat, add the bread slices and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
  • Serve on a plate and accompany with raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, mint and maple syrup.
