1 stick butter, at room temperature
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon salt
150 milliliters evaporated milk
2 bananas, large mashed
2 teaspoons vanilla essence

Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a loaf pan.
Soften the butter and mix with the sugar; once combined, add the eggs and incorporate.
Separately, stir the dry ingredients and add the butter and sugar mixture; gradually add the milk. Incorporate the bananas and vanilla.
Pour into the mold and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Let cool before unmolding.
