Dinosaur Eggs

These delicious dinosaur eggs are a colorful snack that will surprise all your guests and even the little ones in the house. They're super fun, easy to make, and they also double as a different breakfast.

  • 12 San Juan® eggs
  • water
  • red food coloring
  • green food coloring
  • yellow food coloring
  • blue food coloring
  • orange food coloring
  • white vinegar

  • In a pot with boiling water, cook the 12 pieces of Huevo San Juan® for 12 minutes. Remove from the water and let it cool perfectly.
  • When the San Juan® Eggs are cold, gently tap the shell to break it without detaching it and with the help of your hand, crush the San Juan® Egg, turning to continue the shell breaking without removing it.
  • Pour into bags of coloring of different shades, respectively, also add vinegar to fix the color in the eggs; Place the San Juan® Eggs with the broken shells and mix by moving outside the bag and make sure that all the colored egg is filled, let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Rinse the egg and remove the shell being careful not to break the egg.
  • Serve on a decorated basket and enjoy.
