Easter Fried Egg

A creative and delicious recipe for breakfast this Easter. It’s a perfect dish for kids because it’s fun and tasty. The egg is shaped like a bunny using eggs, some tasty carrots, capers, and lots of imagination. Cook it with your kids; they will love it.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 capers
  • 50 grams panela cheese
  • cooking spray
  • salt and pepper

  • In a small frying pan, spray with cooking oil.
  • When it is nice and hot, add the fried egg, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Wait for it to cook well and flip it for a few seconds.
  • Remove it from the heat and place it on a plate. Cut the carrot to make the whiskers, nose, and ears.
  • Cut the panela cheese into ear shapes and place them on top of the carrot ears.
  • Place the capers as eyes, and you're done!
