Easy Gratin Chilaquiles

Prepare these easy 5-minute chilaquiles; you won't believe how easy it is to make this dish! In addition to the crunchy nopal chips, they are topped with an amazing green sauce, accompanied by jocoque, and baked with cheese.

  • 1 bag Señor Cactus Original® nopal tortilla chips
  • 2 green salsas
  • 1 Libanius® natural dry jocoque
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1/4 onions, sliced, for decoration
  • fresh cilantro, for decoration
  • 2 cups refried beans, to accompany

  • In a microwave-safe dish, add the Señor Cactus® nopal chips, pour the green sauce, add Libanius® Jocoque Seco, and top with manchego cheese.
  • Heat in the microwave for 5 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
  • Garnish with onion rings and cilantro, and serve with refried beans.
