Egg and Tuna Tortilla

This egg and tuna tortilla recipe is perfect for breakfast on a weekend.

  • 1 can canned tuna in water
  • 2 eggs
  • few cow's milk
  • pinches parsley , dry
  • Manchego cheese, to taste
  • few olive oil
  • 1 pinch dill, dry
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • In a bowl, beat the 2 eggs with a fork, add the parsley, drained tuna, a splash of milk, salt, pepper, and mix everything together.
  • Heat a small skillet with a little olive oil. When hot, add the mixture we made earlier and lower the heat.
  • Let it cook on very low heat for 8 minutes, and cover the skillet.
  • It will be removed from the heat when the center is cooked; we will know this by inserting a fork; if it comes out clean, our tortilla is ready.
