1 can canned tuna in water
2 eggs
few cow's milk
pinches parsley , dry
Manchego cheese, to taste
few olive oil
1 pinch dill, dry
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste

In a bowl, beat the 2 eggs with a fork, add the parsley, drained tuna, a splash of milk, salt, pepper, and mix everything together.
Heat a small skillet with a little olive oil. When hot, add the mixture we made earlier and lower the heat.
Let it cook on very low heat for 8 minutes, and cover the skillet.
It will be removed from the heat when the center is cooked; we will know this by inserting a fork; if it comes out clean, our tortilla is ready.
