  • 6 guajillo chiles, for the sauce
  • 2 árbol chiles, for the sauce
  • 1/4 onions, for the sauce

  • 2 allspice berries, for the sauce

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the tomatoes, guajillo chili, árbol chili, onion, and garlic. Then add the chicken broth and cook for 10 minutes. Let it cool and set aside.
  • Blend the previous preparation and set aside.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion, then add the eggs, mix, and cook for another 5 minutes. Finally, pour in the sauce and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Serve the egg in red sauce and accompany with refried beans and tortilla chips.
