Egg Muffin

  • 4 eggs, beaten

  • 2 cups ground beef, for the burger

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder, for the burger
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, for the burger
  • 4 muffins
  • 1 tablespoon Spring®
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • guacamole

  • Melt the Primavera® in a pan over medium heat, add the beaten egg, season with salt and pepper, and cook until desired doneness. Divide the egg into 4 portions and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined. Then, form patties the size of the muffin and cook with Primavera® on a griddle over medium heat.
  • Cut the muffin in half, spread with Primavera®, and heat along with the meat on the same griddle.
  • Place a slice of yellow cheese, the burger patty, and the scrambled egg on one muffin half and top with the other half of the bread.
  • Spread a little more Primavera® on both muffin halves and heat on both sides.
  • Serve the egg muffin on a flat plate and accompany it with guacamole.
