Eggs with Salmon and Light Cream Cheese with Green Onion

Salmon and cream cheese go perfectly with eggs, it tastes delicious.

  • 3 eggs , large (or can be substituted with 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites)
  • 1 package smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • 30 grams cream cheese, cut into 1-centimeter pieces
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • black pepper

  • Heat a skillet and spray PAM so it doesn't stick.
  • Add eggs and wait about 10 seconds to add the salmon, cream cheese, and green onion.
  • Cook for one more minute and season with pepper.
  • Serve hot
