Delicious recipe of a mounted egg in a roll with cheddar cheese and ham. Perfect for a tasty breakfast or a savory dinner. It is very easy to prepare and we assure you it will be a hit with your family.
Cut a lid off the roll or bun, hollow them out, and set aside.
Slice the ham and cover the inside of the roll. Add an egg inside the roll, season with salt and pepper, add cheddar cheese, and then parsley.
Bake the rolls at 180° C to allow the cheese to melt. Remove from the oven and add more cheese and parsley. Cover with the lid and cook in the oven for 5 more minutes.
