Ham, Egg, and Cheddar Cheese Encapsulation

Delicious recipe of a mounted egg in a roll with cheddar cheese and ham. Perfect for a tasty breakfast or a savory dinner. It is very easy to prepare and we assure you it will be a hit with your family.

  • 5 pieces of bread, with round crust or roll
  • 5 slices york ham
  • 5 eggs
  • 250 grams cheddar cheese
  • parsley, to taste
  • salt, necessary amount
  • pepper, to taste
  • milliliters white vinegar
  • milliliters water

  • Cut a lid off the roll or bun, hollow them out, and set aside.
  • Slice the ham and cover the inside of the roll. Add an egg inside the roll, season with salt and pepper, add cheddar cheese, and then parsley.
  • Bake the rolls at 180° C to allow the cheese to melt. Remove from the oven and add more cheese and parsley. Cover with the lid and cook in the oven for 5 more minutes.
