Heat the oil in the pan.
Crack an egg into a bowl or a deep plate.
Transfer the egg to the pan and cook until done to your desired level of doneness. Cook it on low heat so the edges don't burn.
Toast the bread.
Spread a little avocado on the bread, place the egg on top.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Repeat the same process for the other eggs.
