Fried Egg on Bread

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 4 toasts
  • 2 avocados, crushed

  • Heat the oil in the pan.
  • Crack an egg into a bowl or a deep plate.
  • Transfer the egg to the pan and cook until done to your desired level of doneness. Cook it on low heat so the edges don't burn.
  • Toast the bread.
  • Spread a little avocado on the bread, place the egg on top.
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve.
  • Repeat the same process for the other eggs.
