  • 100 grams Oaxaca cheese

  • Place the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste, beat until mixed.
  • Add a little butter (optional) in a frying pan for eggs, then add the ham and cheese, pour a little of the eggs over them and cover, cook for 5 minutes on low heat or until the omelettes are ready.
