Mexican Omelette

What better breakfast than Mexican omelettes? This breakfast is complete as it contains protein and carbohydrates, making it very nutritious.

  • 4 eggs
  • butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1 serrano chile, seedless, finely chopped

  • Mix the tomato, onion, and chili and season.
  • Place the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste, beat until mixed.
  • Add a little butter (optional) in a frying pan for eggs, then add the vegetable mixture, pour a little egg over the cheese, and cover. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat or until the omelettes are ready.
