Supreme Omelet

This omelet is an easy and delicious breakfast; it is filled with ham, yellow cheese, and bell pepper. A breakfast full of flavor and color that you won't be able to resist.

  • 1 slice deli ham
  • 1/2 cups bell pepper, in strips
  • 2 tablespoons queso fresco
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1/2 cups refried beans

  • Beat the eggs with the fresh cheese and salt to taste.
  • Heat a skillet and add the oil.
  • Pour the beaten egg into the pan, cook the omelet.
  • Fry the slice of ham a little and place it on top of the already made omelet.
  • To serve, roll the omelet with the ham in the middle, add the slice of yellow cheese and a little bit of the bell pepper.
  • Garnish with sliced onion and a bit more bell pepper and fresh cheese on top. Serve with refried beans.
