To prepare a quiche, I recommend this Spinach Quiche recipe, although it is not the traditional quiche recipe, it tastes delicious. This quiche is very complete as it combines different food groups.

3 eggs
310 grams fresh spinach, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
On a clean surface, flour and use a rolling pin to work the puff pastry into a circle with a thickness of half a centimeter.
Place the dough in a pie baking dish and shape it with your hands. Use a knife to trim the edges of the dough that extend beyond the dish.
Prick the puff pastry, cover it with plastic wrap and beans, and bake it for 10 minutes.
Remove the puff pastry from the oven and let it cool.
Beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add the eggs and continue beating. Add the spinach, onion, salt, and pepper, and finish beating.
Pour the mixture into the puff pastry and bake for 25 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the filling is set. Remove from the oven. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
