  • 1 artisan bread roll
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups Hummus Libanius®
  • 1/2 cups Libanius® natural dry jocoque
  • 1 cup spinach, cooked
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • hot sauce

  • Cut the bread from the top to remove the lid; hollow it out and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil and lightly brown the garlic and onion.
  • Add the spinach and cook until tender.
  • Add the jocoque, adjust seasoning, and set aside.
  • Place the bread on a baking tray, add the hummus, the jocoque mixture, and the two eggs on top of what was mentioned before.
  • Bake at 180°C until the egg is cooked to your liking.
  • Serve hot and add sauce to taste.
