1 artisan bread roll
1 egg
1/2 cups Hummus Libanius®
1/2 cups Libanius® natural dry jocoque
1 cup spinach, cooked
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper
hot sauce

Cut the bread from the top to remove the lid; hollow it out and set aside.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and lightly brown the garlic and onion.
Add the spinach and cook until tender.
Add the jocoque, adjust seasoning, and set aside.
Place the bread on a baking tray, add the hummus, the jocoque mixture, and the two eggs on top of what was mentioned before.
Bake at 180°C until the egg is cooked to your liking.
Serve hot and add sauce to taste.
