For a delicious breakfast, prepare a bagel with scrambled eggs and bacon with a spicy chipotle sauce, very simple and practical for eating on the spot or taking to work.
1 tablespoon chipotle chile in adobo sauce, ground (for the sauce)
1 pinch salt, (for the sauce)
4 slices American cheese
4 bagels

In a skillet, fry the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain and place on paper towels to remove excess fat. Set aside.
Whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. In the same skillet used for the bacon and with the leftover fat, cook the eggs until tender, stirring constantly. Set aside.
For the sauce, mix the cream with the chipotle and salt.
Spread a little chipotle sauce on the tops of the bagels. Add a slice of cheese, egg, and two slices of bacon for each bagel. Enjoy.
