In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the Knorr® Suiza chicken broth. Set aside.
In a hot skillet, melt the Iberia® margarine and sauté the onion. Add and incorporate the tomato and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add and incorporate the chili. Then pour in the egg mixture and mix well. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the egg is well cooked. Serve immediately.
