Easy Huevos a la Mexicana

  • 2 teaspoons margarine, Margarine
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
  • 8 tablespoons tomato, seedless and chopped
  • 1/2 serrano chiles, deveined and seedless, chopped

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the Knorr® Suiza chicken broth. Set aside.
  • In a hot skillet, melt the Iberia® margarine and sauté the onion. Add and incorporate the tomato and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add and incorporate the chili. Then pour in the egg mixture and mix well. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the egg is well cooked. Serve immediately.
