Egg and Milk Tacos with Bacon Cubes.

Make your eggs fluffy with this wonderful recipe by adding a bit of milk. Give them all the necessary flavor by adding some diced bacon that will give them an unmatched taste. Serve them in tacos with warm Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®.

50 milliliters cow's milk
2 pinches salt
1 pinch pepper
200 grams bacon, in small diced pieces
6 Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortillas

In a bowl, mix the eggs with the milk, salt, and pepper.
Fry the bacon until lightly browned. Remove from heat.
In the skillet where you fried the bacon, add the eggs and stir constantly until slightly cooked.
Add the bacon and mix until combined.
Place a bit of egg in each Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® and form the tacos.
