Egg and Milk Tacos with Bacon Cubes.

Make your eggs fluffy with this wonderful recipe by adding a bit of milk. Give them all the necessary flavor by adding some diced bacon that will give them an unmatched taste. Serve them in tacos with warm Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®.

  • 3 eggs
  • 50 milliliters cow's milk
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 200 grams bacon, in small diced pieces
  • 6 Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortillas

  • In a bowl, mix the eggs with the milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Fry the bacon until lightly browned. Remove from heat.
  • In the skillet where you fried the bacon, add the eggs and stir constantly until slightly cooked.
  • Add the bacon and mix until combined.
  • Place a bit of egg in each Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® and form the tacos.
