Egg Mini Pizzas for Breakfast

  • 250 grams flour
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 10 grams yeast
  • 5 grams salt
  • 10 grams sugar
  • water
  • 6 eggs, scrambled
  • 6 slices serrano ham, or turkey ham
  • 1/2 onions, sliced
  • 3/4 cups Mozzarella cheese, yellow and white, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • Hydrate the yeast in a little warm water.
  • Mix sugar, flour, salt, and oil. Finally, add the water with the yeast. Gradually add the necessary amount of water.
  • Knead for 5 minutes or until the dough comes away from the table.
  • Place in a bowl for 1 hour.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and spread them on a tray with oil. If you can't fit all 4, you can do it in 2 batches.
  • Crack a whole egg on top of the dough, place sliced tomato or red bell pepper, a slice of ham, and cheese (optional). Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dough is well cooked.
