Hydrate the yeast in a little warm water.
Mix sugar, flour, salt, and oil. Finally, add the water with the yeast. Gradually add the necessary amount of water.
Knead for 5 minutes or until the dough comes away from the table.
Place in a bowl for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and spread them on a tray with oil. If you can't fit all 4, you can do it in 2 batches.
Crack a whole egg on top of the dough, place sliced tomato or red bell pepper, a slice of ham, and cheese (optional). Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dough is well cooked.
