  • 8 egg whites
  • 280 grams beef tenderloin, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 8 black peppercorns, coarsely ground
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 20 fresh cilantro, washed, disinfected, and dried
  • 20 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 3 pinches salt

  • Heat a little oil, season the steak with salt and pepper, and fry for a short time.
  • In the same skillet, add the egg whites and cook for a short time.
  • In the last moments, add the tomato, bell pepper, and cilantro leaves.
