8 egg whites
280 grams beef tenderloin, cut into bite-sized cubes
8 black peppercorns, coarsely ground
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
20 fresh cilantro, washed, disinfected, and dried
20 milliliters vegetable oil
3 pinches salt

Heat a little oil, season the steak with salt and pepper, and fry for a short time.
In the same skillet, add the egg whites and cook for a short time.
In the last moments, add the tomato, bell pepper, and cilantro leaves.
