3 Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortillas
2 eggs
2 corn tortillas, cut into small triangles and fried
1/2 Avocados from México, cut into small cubes
1/2 red bell peppers, cut into small cubes
9 cherry tomatoes , cut in halves
1 cuaresmeño chile, finely chopped
20 milliliters vegetable oil
2 pinches salt
1 pinch ground pepper

Heat oil in a skillet, add the fried tortillas, and immediately add the beaten eggs, mixing very well so the egg sticks to the tortilla.
Add the bell pepper, chili, and season with salt and pepper.
Warm Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® and serve a tablespoon of northern migas.
Finish the tacos by adding avocado and cherry tomato.
