Franciscan Eggs

It's a quick and easy recipe for breakfast or dinner; it's a different way to prepare eggs, and I recommend it. Everyone at home will love starting the day with something delicious.

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • Beat the eggs and fry them in the pan with a little oil.
  • Then chop 2 onions and a couple of tomatoes into thin strips, fry them with a little oil trying not to burn the vegetables.
  • Add the tomato sauce to enhance the flavor. Serve.
