2 slices wholemeal bread
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 tablespoons cow's milk
1 tablespoon raw sugar
2 tablespoons butter
cinnamon, to taste

Remove the edges of the bread.
Cut into 4 strips each bread.
Beat the egg with milk, vanilla and mashed sugar.
Soak the bread in the mixture.
Heat a pan with the butter and fry the bars.
When removing the bars from the pan, sprinkle cinnamon.
