  • 1 1/2 cups Santa Clara® Lactose-Free Milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • butter, in medium cubes
  • sugar
  • cinnamon powder
  • maple syrup
  • mixed berries, for decoration

  • In a bowl, mix Santa Clara® Lactose-Free Milk, the egg, sugar, and vanilla until combined. Dip the bread slices one by one.
  • Cook the French toast in a skillet with enough melted butter for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle the French toast with sugar and cinnamon.
  • Serve the homemade French toast on a flat plate and decorate with maple syrup and berries.
