Fruit Sandwich

If you like different things and do not want to fall into the routine of always doing the same when it comes to sandwich, this can be a good option to do something different and delicious.

  • 3/4 cups blueberry, chopped strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or chopped apple
  • 6 slices multigrain bread
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons icing sugar
  • 90 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese

  • In a bowl mix the cream cheese with the icing sugar.
  • Heat the slices of bread, add the previous mixture.
  • Place the strawberry, blueberries or fruit of your choice on 3 slices of bread and cheese and cover with the remaining slices.
  • Cut them diagonally and decorate them with the remaining fruit and some icing sugar.
