Granola Pancakes with Strawberries

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups granola
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cups strawberries, without stems, in quarters
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry milk powder
  • butter, in cubes
  • La Lechera® Spread
  • 1/4 cups strawberries, Without stems, in quarters
  • granola, for decoration

  • Blend the egg along with the granola, almond milk, strawberries, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and strawberry-flavored milk powder until fully integrated and a uniform mixture is obtained. Set aside.
  • Melt butter in a non-stick skillet the size you want your pancakes, then pour a little of the mixture, cook over medium-low heat until bubbles form on the surface, flip and finish cooking. Repeat until the mixture is gone.
  • Serve the pancakes accompanied by LA LECHERA® Spread to taste, garnish with strawberries, and decorate with granola.
