250 grams flour
4 eggs
1 envelope sugar
1 pinch salt
1/2 liters whole milk
50 grams unsalted butter

Pour the flour into a bowl and gradually add, using a whisk, the milk, eggs, salt, and sugar.
The batter should be smooth but not thick.
Let it rest for 5 minutes, then grease a medium pan with butter and wait for it to heat over medium heat.
To make the first crepe, we pour a ladle of the batter and spread it to cover the entire base of the pan.
Once browned for about 1 minute over low heat, we lift the edge of the crepe with a spatula and flip it to brown the other side.
We must repeat the operation of greasing the pan with butter for each crepe.
Once the crepe is ready, we fold it in half and spread cream cheese on that half, placing the ham on top.
Then, we fold it in half, resulting in a triangle shape.
