Ham and Cheese Crepes

This recipe is for delicious ham and cheese crepes to enjoy as lunch or a main dish in your meals. You can serve them with salad or even add sauce.

  • 250 grams flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 envelope sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 liters whole milk
  • 50 grams unsalted butter
  • turkey deli ham

  • Pour the flour into a bowl and gradually add, using a whisk, the milk, eggs, salt, and sugar.
  • The batter should be smooth but not thick.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes, then grease a medium pan with butter and wait for it to heat over medium heat.
  • To make the first crepe, we pour a ladle of the batter and spread it to cover the entire base of the pan.
  • Once browned for about 1 minute over low heat, we lift the edge of the crepe with a spatula and flip it to brown the other side.
  • We must repeat the operation of greasing the pan with butter for each crepe.
  • Once the crepe is ready, we fold it in half and spread cream cheese on that half, placing the ham on top.
  • Then, we fold it in half, resulting in a triangle shape.
