Ham Cupcakes Filled with Egg

  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cups green onion stalks, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups spinach, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons serrano chile, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups carrot, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups pumpkin, finely chopped
  • 1 cup panela cheese, grated
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 package turkey ham Fud® care-t +

  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  • In a bowl, mix the egg with the green onion tops, spinach, red onion, serrano chili, carrot, zucchini, panela cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  • In greased individual molds, place slices of Virginia FUD® Cuida-t+ turkey ham to line the edges and bottom, fill with the egg mixture, and bake for 20 minutes or until well cooked, unmold, serve, and enjoy.
