100 grams oat flour
50 milliliters cow's milk, or it can be water
2 pinches table salt
1 tablespoon flaxseed
2 tablespoons corn oil
2 egg whites

In a bowl, place the two egg whites, oat flour, flaxseed, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Add the milk and mix until a slightly liquid paste forms.
