Homemade Granola with Cranberries

Nothing beats being able to prepare this delicious homemade granola. It has a mix of wheat seeds, sunflower seeds, oats, almonds, and best of all: cranberries. It is very crunchy and nutritious with a little bit of honey.

  • 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups honey
  • 1/2 cups wheat bran
  • 1/2 cups sunflower seeds
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1/4 cups almonds, sliced
  • 1/2 cups Ocean Spray® Craisins® dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cups peanuts
  • 1/2 cups walnuts
  • 1 cup amaranth

  • Preheat the oven to 120 °C.
  • Mix the water with the oil and honey in a saucepan, heat until it reaches a thick consistency.
  • Grease a baking sheet with a little oil.
  • Mix the seeds and cereals in a bowl. Add the honey mixture, mix until combined, and spread on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Remove and let cool.
