Homemade Granola with Cranberries
Ocean Spray
Nothing beats being able to prepare this delicious homemade granola. It has a mix of wheat seeds, sunflower seeds, oats, almonds, and best of all: cranberries. It is very crunchy and nutritious with a little bit of honey.

1/4 cups vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups honey
1/2 cups wheat bran
1/2 cups sunflower seeds
3 cups oats
1/4 cups almonds, sliced
1/2 cups Ocean Spray® Craisins® dried cranberries
1/4 cups peanuts
1/2 cups walnuts
1 cup amaranth

Preheat the oven to 120 °C.
Mix the water with the oil and honey in a saucepan, heat until it reaches a thick consistency.
Grease a baking sheet with a little oil.
Mix the seeds and cereals in a bowl. Add the honey mixture, mix until combined, and spread on the baking sheet.
Bake for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Remove and let cool.
