In a bowl, mix the Nestlé® Fitness® Fruits cereal with the walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, blueberries, brown sugar, oats, shredded coconut, salt, ground cinnamon, vanilla essence, and honey until the ingredients are well combined.
Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes at 160 °C, remember that it is important to stir occasionally to bake evenly and prevent burning.
Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool.
