1/2 cups raspberries, frozen
1/3 cups oats
1/2 cups milk
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
raspberries, for decoration
mango, for decoration
Preparation

Place the raspberries in a bowl and mash with a fork until pureed. Set aside.
Place the oatmeal, milk, salt, chia, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Set aside.
Add 2 tablespoons of raspberries in a mason jar, fill with oatmeal, cover, and let chill in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
Top the oatmeal with milk with raspberries and mango. Enjoy!
