6 nopales, chopped and cooked
2 tomatoes
6 guajillo chiles, dry
3 chipotle chiles, dry
1 clove garlic
1/4 onions
4 1/2 cups water
salt

Preparation

Boil the chiles and tomatoes in 1 cup of water. Set aside.
Blend the chiles, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and 1 cup of water with a pinch of salt. Strain and set aside.
Cook the sauce until it boils, add 3 cups of water, and add the nopales.
Incorporate the eggs one by one and cook for 10 minutes, until they are cooked. Enjoy
