Mango Smoothie with Rompope

1 liter lactose-free milk, light
1 mango
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 lime juice
1/4 cups rompope
1 cup ice cubes
2 leaves peppermint
1 bunch peppermint, for decoration
Preparation

Cut the mango in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the pulp and set aside.
In the blender, add ice, lemon juice, and a glass of milk. Blend.
Now, add the mango pulp, sugar, the rest of the milk, 2 mint leaves, and the rompope. Blend.
Strain. Keep refrigerated, covered, until ready to serve.
