Mango Smoothie with Rompope

Delicious drink to start the day with mango, rompope, and Leche Lala Light Lactose-Free ®.

  • 1 liter lactose-free milk, light
  • 1 mango
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 1/4 cups rompope
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 leaves peppermint
  • 1 bunch peppermint, for decoration

  • Cut the mango in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the pulp and set aside.
  • In the blender, add ice, lemon juice, and a glass of milk. Blend.
  • Now, add the mango pulp, sugar, the rest of the milk, 2 mint leaves, and the rompope. Blend.
  • Strain. Keep refrigerated, covered, until ready to serve.
