Basic Molletes and with Chorizo

  • 6 slices cheese, to gratin
  • pico de gallo, (tomato, onion, cilantro, and chili)
  • 1 chorizo, fried
  • 3 bolillo rolls

  • Cut the 3 pieces of bread in half. Spread on the pieces of bread.
  • Microwave the beans for 1 minute.
  • Spread the bean paste on the pieces of bread.
  • Proceed to place 1 slice of cheese on each piece of bread and microwave them for about 10 seconds to gratin.
