Chilaquiles for the Hangover

An easy way to alleviate a hangover in the morning is quick and very economical; don't worry if you've never made them, just have everything ready the day before so you don't have to go out for anything while hungover.

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 bottle taco salsa
  • 1/2 cups oil
  • 1 Avocados from México
  • 2 eggs

  • Sauté the tortilla chips in oil.
  • Pour a little of the sauce over the tortilla chips until they are mostly covered.
  • Sauté them for a few minutes.
  • Serve and accompany with avocado and a fried egg.
