Chilaquiles with Cheese

This chilaquiles with cheese recipe can be made with the sauce you like best; they are a perfect dish for breakfast and are very easy to make. Prepare them, everyone will love them.

  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 100 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • avocado
  • 1 cup green salsa, or the one of your choice

  • Heat the oil in the pan, cut the tortillas into triangles, and sauté for 10 minutes.
  • Add the sauce and fry for two minutes, incorporate the crumbled cheese and cover the pan, cook for 5 minutes or until the cheese completely melts.
  • Serve on the plate, add the avocado in thin slices and add a few drops of lemon.
