8 corn tortillas
100 grams Oaxaca cheese
1 lemon
avocado
1 cup green salsa, or the one of your choice

Heat the oil in the pan, cut the tortillas into triangles, and sauté for 10 minutes.
Add the sauce and fry for two minutes, incorporate the crumbled cheese and cover the pan, cook for 5 minutes or until the cheese completely melts.
Serve on the plate, add the avocado in thin slices and add a few drops of lemon.
