Hunts Enchiladas

Enchiladas with eggs for that spicy and delicious breakfast. A new and different way to prepare it to share with your loved ones. Make them, you will love them.

  • 300 grams Hunt´S® Hunt Wings sauce
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 200 grams onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams cream
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 300 grams cheese, of canasta
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 100 grams unsalted butter , or olive oil
  • 1/2 liters water

  • Fry the 6 tortillas in butter or olive oil to taste for 3 minutes. Avoid browning the tortilla.
  • Place the 100 grams of onion in a skillet until they start to fry.
  • Add the finely chopped garlic.
  • Add the HUNT WINGS Hunt’s® sauce along with the warm onion and garlic.
  • Place the tomatoes in the blender on frappé mode and then pour it into the skillet until well mixed.
  • In a skillet, cook the eggs with a little olive oil for about 5 minutes.
  • Soak the tortillas in the sauce for 5 minutes.
  • First, serve the tortillas on a plate and then the eggs, finally garnish with cream and cheese. Enjoy.
