1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cups onion, chopped
2 cups mole sauce
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 chocolates
vegetable oil
8 tortillas, cut into triangles and from the day before
1/3 cups sour cream
3/4 cups queso fresco, crumbled
2/3 cups fresh cilantro, chopped

In a pot, heat the oil and fry the garlic and onion until slightly golden.
Add the mole with the water and mix until completely integrated.
Once it boils, add the chicken broth and the chocolate.
In a large skillet, add about 1 cm of oil. Fry half of the tortillas until they are slightly browned, about 3 minutes.
Repeat the previous step with the remaining tortillas.
Place the tortillas on disposable kitchen towels to drain some of the grease.
Place the totopos on a plate and drizzle with the mole. Garnish with cream, fresh cheese, and cilantro.
