  • 6 cups corn kernels
  • 4 tablespoons lard, at room temperature
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • corn husks, soaked in hot water
  • sour cream, to serve

  • Place the corn kernels in the processor and process for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  • Whip the lard and butter, add salt, sugar, and baking powder, and mix until combined.
  • Fill the corn husk with 2 tablespoons of the previous mixture, wrap, and cook in a steamer until well cooked. Serve with cream and enjoy.
